Clonmel Castle
Over the years, the Clonmel Castle website had become a bit cluttered and the design no longer reflected the bright, beautiful, sophisticated atmosphere of the castle in Port Dover. Instead of designing a whole new website, I worked within the existing infrastructure of the website to simplify the content, streamline the functionality and transform the appearance.
The website was originally created with GoDaddy, which has very limited options for customization but I was able to work within its limitations to create a website that is visually appealing, easily navigated and strategically structured.
With the updated website, we are also working to refine the Clonmel Castle brand with elegant fonts, neutral colours, simple graphics and quality imagery.
The chatelaine of the castle, Lynnee, wanted to intensify her social media strategy, like some of her competitors, so we spent an afternoon capturing photos and videos of the castle. I was then able to schedule a couple months worth of social media content—all focused on capturing the luxury experience of being a guest at the castle, and the feeling of rest and relaxation you enjoy when you stay there.
